Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Astrologica, we value your time and ours. This policy is designed to create a clear and respectful experience for everyone participating in our readings, courses, workshops, and events.
Private Readings & Consultations
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or credit toward a future appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") are not eligible for a refund.
Events & Workshops
Event registrations may be canceled up to 7 days before the event for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of an event may be eligible for credit toward a future Astrologica event, at our discretion.
Because event planning and capacity commitments are made in advance, refunds are generally not available for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
If Astrologica cancels or reschedules an event, participants will be offered the choice of a full refund, event credit, or transfer to a future date.
Online Courses & Digital Products
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, online courses, downloadable resources, and digital products are generally non-refundable. If you experience technical issues accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Memberships
Membership subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not generate refunds for previous payments already processed. Access to membership content will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. Requests outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be handled with fairness and compassion whenever possible.
